Vedio And Phone Connections Are Not Very Clear.the Other Party Cannot Hear Me.
The problems with Skypo connections:
1) The Vedio connection: The other party cannot hear me ver clearly. The voice is too low.
2) Just phone connection to the other party is not very clear to noisy background.
Please send me your step by etep solution guide (in a simple terms) to resolve these problem.
3) How come there is no live phone operator from their customer service to answer my questions. You are good in charging service fees, but no real customet services --specially to Senior Citizens
