Call Failed
I am dialing a mobile phone in another country; I select the country, enter the mobile phone number, then click Call. Almost immediately it comes back with "Call failed". I did the troubleshooter and there's no issue with my mic, speakers, or internet connection. The call history says "no answer" but the call fails so quickly that I question whether a dial was even launched. I know the mobile number I'm dialing is the correct number because my wife was just in that country and dialed the number there successfully.
