Money Deducted From Credit Card But Skype Credit Not Applied To Account

I bought skype credit of $16 AUD. The first attempt failed and money was not deducted from my credit card. The second attempt was successful, however no skype credit was forwarded to my account and the money was deducted from my credit card. How do I get the credit to my account or a refund to my credit card?
