How Can I Get A Receipt For What I Paid For My Membership Last Year
HI,I was a member of a Snap Fitness gym and the gym closed last July. I am trying to get a receipt from SnapFitness headquarters or someone there for my paid membership fees through that time so that I can file a reimbursement form to my health insurance. I have repeatedly left emails and telephone messages and I've gotten no response at all. Now when I call the customer service number all I get are recordings or the phone just constantly rings and no one answers. I just want to ask someone to send me what I need for my health insurance reimbursement!!! Thank you for any advice or help you can give me.

Sorry for your problems. I can tell you that Snap Fitness has been in trouble with the Pennsylvania Attorney General for unfair business practices, for which it has agreed to a settlement. Try bypassing customer service and instead appealing directly to corporate--use the corporate contact information at:
http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/snap%20fitness/Corporate%20Office. Without overtly threatening the company, you may want to indicate you're aware of the above. If you want to contact the Pennsylvania AG, you can do so by calling 717-787-5532.
