Select Or Enter Button Not Working
The select or enter button on my Sony Ericsson W518a cell phone is not working. I have tried turning off, removing the battery and sim card, reinserting the battery and sim card, turning back on and still nothing. I do not want to do a master reset if possible as I would like to be able to access some of the items in the phone before I loose it for good. I have had the phone for 2 years and 3 months. I tend to make each of my cell phones last at least that long.

Sorry, it sounds like a hardware problem. Software procedures are unlikely to fix it. It's best to contact Sony Ericsson support, you can find your options here:
