Why Does Camera Show Reinsert Cassette?

Unfortunately, this is a European model camera for Sony, so you'd have to access that site, select your country & read through the User Manual for possible troubleshooting resolutions. Alternatively, you can contact Sony directly for additional support.

Hello
Generally a mechanical fault. The reel tables and/ or idler are suspect, as well as the mechanics surrounding them. It's also possible that the reel sensor themselves are at fault.So please contact your sony service center because this type of repairing is not possible at your home.
