Hdtv Kp 53hs30 Standby Timer Light Continually Flashes Have No Picture Or Sound

this model has a feature that when you turn it on the three picture tubes are warmed up and adjusted to ensure that the picture is as balanced as possible. during this time the indicator will blink and the picture and audio is muted until it's fine tuned. As the set ages this time will take longer and longer until a day that the tubes can not be aligned then it will blink forever. It means that the tubes need to be replacaed and it's not worth the repair.
