Look at the TV. If it blinks five times in a row it means there is a connection problem with the ports on the rear of the television.

Try checking the connections to ensure everything is connected properly. If this doesn't work, try power cycling the TV: turn it off and unplug it. Leave it unplugged for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on. Restore settings back to factory defaults.

Still experiencing issue: I would recommend seeking service repair.
