Picture Quality

Me and my fiance have had this television for a few months now and about a week or so after having it the picture quality became fuzzy I just want to know how to get the picture quality back to normal

Is every channel or movie the same way? If so it may be a hardware problem, but we can't rule out the possibility it's a setting. How fuzzy is it? Do you mean unbearable to watch or just not High Definition?

Some channels are not in HD. If I were you, I'd have a brief look through the user manual and play with the picture quality settings. If you can't resolve it, take it back to the place you bought it and claim a hardware issue.

If you get a replacement unit and that one messes up too, it's probably something you are doing wrong. Good luck.

*Edit* I'm sorry I did not see the supporting image. I believe it's a hardware problem, I don't think any picture quality setting will mess it up that bad. I suggest you return it. If the place you bought it won't replace it, then call the manufacturer for replacement.
