My Computer Stopped Recognizing My Sony Nwz-w263 Device,
When i first plugged it in upon receiving my device it worked without any problems i was able to to transfer music and it was able to charge, i went to charge it cuz it appered to have no battery power once i plugged it in it would not charge and when i would go under my computer settings it would not pop up, i tried rebooting my computer several times i have plugged other devices using the same cord and they would work just fine i also tried using a different usb port and still no luck please help me solve my problem i have only had it for 4 days
