Adjusting the equalizer [Equalizer]
You can adjust the bass/treble level ( ) of the front, center, surround/surround back and height speakers. Select [Sound Effect] - [Equalizer] from the home menu. Press / to select the speaker whose level you want to adjust. Press / to select [Bass] or [Treble], and then press .

How do I turn down the bass on my Sony speaker?
The Sound Mode switches to STANDARD mode. If you press and hold the [Reduce Volume] button (-) and [Play/call] button again for about 3 seconds, the colour of the Power indicator will change back to white from green. The Sound Mode switches to EXTRA BASS mode
