Hi. To get this code you will need to call 1-239-768-7547 Mon-Fri 9:00AM-8:00PM ET , Saturday and Sunday from 10:00am - 8:00pm ET. When you call they will confirm the model# user name and the telephone number and give you the 4 digit code. If you bought the unit new and have manaul with all paper work the code should be in manual or on a seperate card.
