IM 15 years old, and my renwed passport wont come until july and my flight is in june 28th (FROM SAN FRANCISCO TO SANDIEGO.. can i use my 2010-2011 school ID? also can i put cologne on my luagage?

You can go to your Department of Motor Vehicles (or Bureau of Motor Vehicles, depending on what state you are in) and get a government issued ID card. Your student ID will not work. You can also try calling the passport agency and getting expedited processing & shipping (usually for a fee).

You can take cologne as long as you put it in your checked luggage. You cannot carry it on board
