Email Offer For Southwest Card 12/18/13 Offered 50,000 Bonus

I replied, received card, no mention of 50,000 after spending X in 1st 3 mos. Need to make a decision: card not activated yet...maybe I should cancel same.. My expectation was 50,000; if that is not the case please tell me how to cancel this card. Thanks
