Cancellation
I called the 800-772-7117 to cancel a flight 2 weeks ago and i did not get an e-mail confirmation. I called travel guard and they said it looked like nothing was changed on my reserverations. I called the 800 number again and i keep getting a man that i can't understand (bad english) and i ask to be transfered to someone i can understand and he hung up on me. I need help with my flight reservations.
