Last Year My Wife And I Joined The$9.00 Dollar Club Want To Cancel

last year my wife and i joined the$9.00 club we can no longer fly for health reasons .I cancelled the club online but forgot ity was two different charges .One for me and one for her. I want to cancel her club membership and get reimbursed for her dues .Can someone help me please?
