I Flew In Early Jan. 2014 And Got A Cert. For 2500 Mi. After I Received My Card.

I didn't get the card until about 51 days after first applying. The credit card issuer sent me information WITHOUT including the card. It isn't my fault that the certificate expired. The last 4 numbers are 4545. Please advise.
