Redeeming A Credit
We were on a conncecting flight in April from Detroit to Miami to Cancun and our conncecting flight to Cancun was delayed by a couple of hours. The flight attendants came on the speakers and said that we would all be credited $50 towards our next flight. When I asked how we go about redeeming that, they said it would be on our account. How do I get this credit now? I want to book a flight right now to NYC.
