Missing Mileage Points

I am unable to get points applied to my Free Spirit account as it states my name is not listed on the flights I took. That is incorrect. I can't reach a human being and now I am sorry that I even applied for a credit card. Not even an email address to contact Spirit! So disappointed as my miles will expire in 3 days if I don't contact FreeSpirit Miles
