Ourtaged: Can't Get A Rep On Phone. Need To Confirm Daughter's Res.

Unbelievable: been on hold over 30 minutes and still no rep. I paid $200 and it needs to be reimbursed. Plus I want to print our daughter's boarding pass on line today. She, in fact, will be accompanied so I should get a refund PLUS be allowed to print her boarding pass today. Her flight is tomorrow.
