Is A Purse Considered A Carry-on And Is There A Charge?

No, as long as it is a reasonably sized purse, and not obviously being used as some sort of luggage carrier, like being overly stuffed or weighing a great deal more than the average woman's personal purse, it isn't considered a carry on and you won't be charged for it. Have a good trip!
