Are You That Irresponsible?

My son paid extra money for a Sunday return flight from Vegas and you have delayed that flight till he will be late for work. I tried to call to see if you could get him on another flight and there is no customer service what-so-ever except for a pathetic website that does not address the issue. I could not find a single number that I could get a live person. What would I do if I had an emergency? As far as you are concerned I could just die! I have never seen a company that is so consumed with greed that they take peoples money and then treat them like they are less that a worm in a pig sty! And you had the audaacity to offer him $25.00 off his next flight! He, nor I nor anyone I ever talk to will fly with Spirit! I will make it my life's mission to educate the public oand the FFA and the Governor on how you have treated my son! I expect him and his girlfriend that flew with him to get a full refund for their tickets. He will miss work and she has a test at school on Monday and it is 12:30 and they are still sitting in the airport in Vegas as they have been since 6pm with no food! I am livid! Some should contact me before I really get mad!
