Payment For Flight

When I was booking a flight, my request was declined. Later, my credit card statement showed that payment went thru anyway. I called and they said they have already refunded it to my account. How long will it take, now I cannot use my card because I wont have enough until that refund is processed. My ccard says that they are waiting for you to refund it.
