What Is The Status Of My Claim? My Name Is Vivian Mehnert
Due to Spirit's cancellation of my Spirit flight 610 scheduled to fly on August 19 2015 at 7:20am from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale because of your company's airplane technical problems I was recommended to take another flight so that I don't miss the connection from Fort Lauderdale to SDQ. So I took another plane with Silver airline, following your recommendation and assurance that you will pick up the cost of that flight. It costed me $284.10. So I am requesting reimbursement. Your company assured me that they will contact me within 2 months and will reimburse me. Since then I have not heard anything. Your phone system for this kind of issues is non-existent. So I am requesting a prompt reply to this problem. You don't want me to to either hire a lawyer or make public this mistreatment by Spirit.Please let me know the status of the claim asap. I hope to use your airline in the future if you correct this injustice.Respectfully,Vivian Mehnert
