When Will Someone Contact Me About My Lost Bag?
I had a flight on 12/24/2011 from Fort Lauderdale, Fl to Chicago, ORD. My bag was not in Chicago. I have been waiting and calling with no response. The customer service is terrible! When I call a number there is no human who answers the phone! I will not fly this airlines again!
