Confirmation Email
Why have I not received a confirmation email? It's been 3 weeks since I made my reservation and my credit card has been charged already.

You can contact the customer care department here: http://customersupport.spirit.com/entries/21367928-How-can-I-contact-Spirit-Airlines-
If you want to get a refund, contact your credit card company and dispute the charges taken as you have not received any confirmation.
