I Need Help Since Nov. 2010 With My Account.

Spirit can not seem to resolve the issue of my free Spirit credit card.  When I speak to personal from Spirit,  they don't understand how this problem has not been resolved, and suggest I wait.  I have been waiting for four months!  I have fulfilled my obligation with Spirit but they have not furfilled theirs.  I have called and spoken to approximatly twenty  employees of both Spirit and Barclays Bank.  I have written several letters to both Spirit customer Care and the CEO of Spirit and have not received and notification from anyone. I would be extremely happy to resolve this problem.Thank You,
