Will People With A Subscription To S.i. Receive The Special Bowl Issue
Will the special preview issue - 2015 college football playoff, be mailed out to people with a subscription to sports illustrated ?

You may want to contact SI and ask them directly, because the only thing their subscription page says is that "SPORTS ILLUSTRATED may also publish occasional extra issues." It says double issues are included, but doesn't say whether "extra issues" are. You can call them at 877-747-1045, or email them here.
