State Farm Has Fraudulently Changed Dates On My Account, I Need Help To Fix It..

State Farm has fraudulently changed due dates on my account after I called and had several people that work for State Farm state the due date and the date the payment was received, After doing this on Thursday or Friday of last week, and telling them I have documentation, they then changed the dates to show that the payment was late, on Sunday after I talked and told the information to one of your people., I told them on the phone that you would probably change the date to cover yourselves and that is what you did, which is fraudulent and falsifying documentation to gain money and cancel my insurance, this is not legal or fair, and I need this action changed, I need State Farm to get their accounting together, if you can do this to me, you can do this to several. I have and will continue to contact as many people as I can, with my evidence and knowledge of what your company has done. I need an investigation on my account and then the account to be reinstated and cleared along with fair actions in the future, as I don't feel many situations have been honest and fair when it comes to my account..My account number is on my 2013 Chrysler 200, my policy is in Devils Lake, ND, and my agent is in Grand Forks, ND.. To grow up, live and believe in the North Dakota was and then to have a company change dates to profit, and to cause hard to customers by cancelling just because they feel like it, is a dangerous game.. I need help to figure out all that has been done to my account and others, I need for the fraud to stop and for honesty to start... The dates are not correct on the policy at this time, because someone changed them in order to profit this is not legal procedures along with a complete lack of knowledge in your service center creates serious frustration and an unfair situation..Holly Iverson

Sorry for your problems. As I hope you realize, we're an independent help site not connected with State Farm. I gather from your narrative that you've without success explored the issue with customer service. My first step would be to call customer service back* and politely ask for a manager. Then if necessary communicate with corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/State%20Farm/Corporate%20Office.

(When communicating with the company, take care not to accuse it of "fraud" or the like, and take the approach that it was an honest error or misunderstanding.)

Finally, if you have to, complain to the insurance department (which represents consumers' interests) for your state. You may be able to locate contact information using https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer/. If not, call the general consumer protection office for your state.
