My Weedeater Is Not Doing All It Should
I put a new carberator do good but it acts like it not getting a lot of air black sout pi ur of the muffler

Based on what you're describing, it sounds like you may need to clean -- or possibly replace -- the spark arresting screen. A spark arresting screen that's dirty or has buildup on it (maybe your black soot) can cause a lack of power.
See page 36 of the manual (under "Spark Arresting Screen in Muffler") for instructions on removing and replacing the screen. If you don't have your manual, you can download a PDF copy from Stihl here:

You need to disassemble the machine and put the carburetor back again and check all the parts are aligned properly or not.
