How Could I Get Fixed The Continuous Leakage At The Flow Adjust Tape.

If I understand your question correctly. I believe the flow can be varied by changeing the flow key. This is refererred to in the user guide page 29. There are different flow taps available to reduce or increase the flow. If the unit has been in use for a long time it may be that the tap has worn and it needs a new one.
