I Cannot Access My Voicemail. Error Message From Verizon
I have called customer now twicw to be held on line for over 2 hours! I am frustrated - they told me to once again call today and they would try again to fix this. Now on my third day with no way to access voicemail. When I call it - either by *86 or pressing 1 and holding- it does not go through! Anyone else having this issue? I am ready to leave this service that I have kept with them now well over a year! Im FRUSTRATED!!!
