Can't Activate Phone. Can Not Get To A Real Person

can't activate straight talk phone. No real person. am following the automated message and it isn't giving me the options i need to activate my phone. I put in my sercive pin and the message tells me it is toooo long. Its the number on the minutes card i bought and am getting really frustrated with the whole straight talk thing. Even their website won't let me register. it tells me my session has ended after i just put in my name and try to get to the next step. I need a real person to activate my phone or i will return it tonight!!!
