Why Cant I Get A Human At Straight Talk To Handle A Simple Phone Transfer?
I ordered a SIM card a week ago because my current phone's screen is white/blank. I have another phone, and new SIM card for my # to be transferred but all i get is a robot telling me to call back in 15 minutes. I am ready to scream. Please... Thank you. Michelle Webster
