Can Not Make Or Recieve Call Or Text After Adding A Service Card

my phone worked fine ran out of air time with in 10 mints pd for airtime with debit card now all i can do is send a text and use the web. I can not make or receive call and can not receive text. Bought a new phone asked them to transfer number and air time to new phone that I just bought new from walmart. Customer service rep said everthing was fine mins and num would be transfered in 15 mins to 24 hrs. 3 days latter still no phone. Called againe said they had to transfer num back to first phone that was only a month old. Still can not use either phone. Not the one that is 30 days old or even the one that is 4 days old. I have spent a total of 22 hrs on the phone with straight talk. They are no help they repeat things over and over. I need help I need a phone I have spent over 700 dollars on phones and service cards and NO PHONE.
