Phone Key Pad
The key pad on our phones do not always work when asked to push a number for a specific service.
My wife cannot get into her voicemail account. It keeps saying she is entering the wrong pass code.

Is that the only reported problem? Because it could be that she has forgotten her password...i have never needed to...but i think by calling you service provider you should be able to have them let you have access.
If the problem continues to exist than that is really weird considering it reads the correct keys when you dial the number. You could try making sure that the shift key isn't pressed or any other key like it. Also try restarting your phone.
