Reactivating Our Phones
I wanted to go online and reactivate our phones using a credit card as i dont have a way to get to the store and buy a card. Why am i having so much trouble?

Go to WWW.StraightTalk.com. You'll have to set up an account (one time only). Once you set up your account - go back to home page. Make sure you are logged in and then click>'SEE Balance/Service Date. This will take you to a page listing your phone(s). Next to your phone(s) is a list which says: Quick Link.
Just clisk on the link you want and it walks you through.
