Ringer Volume

i have a samsung model # sch-r451c(st),and can not find a way to get it off of silent mode.I have been through all the menus and it keeps saying "silent mode activated", i no longer have the booklet,and this is the second phone that has done this.

Press and hold the # key to remove silent mode.
