If you have a usb cord that attaches your phone to your computer, a lot of times you can just plug it in, let your computer recognize the new device and add it, find any software you may need from your phone's official website and download and install it if necessary, and then you should be able to open up Computer and the drive that your USB cord to your phone is plugged into, and find the file you have your pictures under and copy/paste them into whatever folder on your computer you want them.
