Phone Didn't Reactivate After Adding A Service Card
My prior card expired before I added the new servicde card, but it had only been so for a couple of hours or so....I can not wait for customer service to open in 5 and 1/2 hrs....I know in the past when I had this problem, Straight talk customer service gave me a phone number to call (like a 5 digit number....not 10 like most phone numbers) and it would reload...I received the text stating my service end date is now 9-5-13 yet when I try to call someone it states there is not enough money in my account to place the call.....HELP PLEASE ASAP!!!! Thank you!
