Switch Panel Fog Light Indicator Bulb

NEED TO REPLACE A BULB BEHIND THE SWITCH PANEL FOR THE FOG LIGHT SWITCH. HOW DO I GET AT THIS BULB, OR GET THIS PANEL OUT?
