08suburu Legacygt.si-drive Stuck On Sport Mode/engine Light On, Cclight On

I just bought a 08 suburu legacy Gt 2.5l 5 speed manual transmission with the SI button option on the steering wheel and the center console between the seats. The problem i am having is the SI function is stuck on sport and the check engine light is on. Additionally the cruise control green light is blinking non stop and the passenger light is on. I am more concerned with the SI function being stuck and check engine light being on as this makes the car inoperable. I had the car for 7 days and before it happen I smelled something burning and felt hot air blowing from the engine. I immediately pulled over and there was no radiator fluid, engine oil was low, and there was no win shield wiper fluid. Basically the dealership I bought it lied to me about the 122 points inspection in has just been done on it. I need to know if this is something I can reset now that I have topped off all major fluids or is this a major problem with the car and I need to return it to the dealership and wash myself of this nightmare. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
