Lost Card

I lost a unregistered card. I do have the receipt. Why do you refuse to help me?

By all means use the contact information previously referenced, if you like--but you should know that under company policy you won't get satisfaction. That's because under Subway's Terms of Use, "Subway® Cards which have been lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise rendered non-functional will be replaced only if the Card was previously registered and proof of purchase is provided." (Sorry.)
