I Cannot Get Into Facebook For The Last Two Days, It Keeps Throwing Me Out

i CANNOT GET ONTO MY FACEBOOK IT SAYS MY PASSWORD NEEDS TO BE RESET, WHEN i RESET IT IT KEEPS GIVING ME INCORRECT PASSWORD AND THEN MY LIMIT IS UP...
