Ordered A Left Hand Gas Pedal

I ordered a left hand gas pedal for my husbands Suzuki and I need to return it for a refund. I bought it in Oct 2013 it takes time to find someone to install it. It does not work so I would like to send it back and get a refund. The Suzuki dealership I ordered it from no longer exists in Kansas City Missouri what should I do? It has never been used but I do not have the box.
