Cancelling Subscription
We took norton out of our computer in December 2010. we noted that on the 10th of May 2011 we had been charged for another year.
How do we stop this payment going through again next year, and can we still claim a refund on this year as there is no intentions of re-activating

Go to the log in page, type un your facebook id and instead of log in, select forgat password. Once its done, the sistem will ask a few questions like your name, date of birth and the names of some of your friends. But note that sometimes the sistem will ask only for your facebook id or your e mail address. When you give all the information you will get an e mail with instructions to set up your new password.
