T-mobile Network Problem??

So Could Someone Please Tell Me Whats The Problem With T-mobile's Network And How Much Longer Is This Going To Go On?? I Can Not Make Calls Or Recieve Calls-it Says Network Is Busy And T-mobile Has Put My Phone In Alaska Time An Hour Behind Which Happened During The Night Sometime On Sunday Aug 18th. I Went To The Tmobile Store And Was Told Its Some Kind Of Upgrade??? Wow Some Kind Of Upgrade Without Notice To Your Customers??? Come On

Hi.there click the link below to have same intruction about the networkThe above graph displays service status activity for T-mobile.com over the last 10 automatic checks. The blue bar displays the response time, which is better when smaller. If no bar is displayed for a specific time it means that the service was down and the site was offlineWe have tried pinging T-Mobile USA website using our server and the website returned the above results. If t-mobile.com is down for us too there is nothing you can do except waiting. Probably the server is overloaded, down or unreachable because of a network problem, outage or a website maintenance is in progress.
