You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with Comcast. Here are some suggestions:
- If you're unfairly billed, dispute the charge with your bank.
- You may want to write or at least phone corporate. See the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/TGI%20Fridays/Corporate%20Office.
- Complain to one of the applicable consumer agencies, as listed at https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer/.
- Consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companies.
