How To Cancel Order 10267546282
I would like to cancel my order. Have not received a conf. # yet.
It's pretty hard to fugure out how to get the shipping discount.
Finding a customer service contact number also takes some searching and time. That slows our ability to cancel an order if needed.
Why can't I cancel if I have not even received a confirmation number yet?
A way to resolve this would be to refund the shipping cost, or cancel the order and allow me to place it again. Right now you have a very unhappy customer.
