Customer Service

Why can I never communicate online with your customer service department? I wanted to buy a coffee table that was shown online but it was absolutely impossible to negotiate your online "services". They did not seem to understand me and were sending me something I did not order. When I tried to explain what I wanted (both online and on the phone) it was seemingly impossible to communicate. I will do my shopping elsewhere.
